Janique Svedberg

Chief Instructor, Client Care Director, Co-Founder

CSAT-s, MCC, CPC, CAI-s. An interventionist and public speaker who loves working with people, Janique first set out to work as a recovery coach helping people on their road to recovery. She became an entrepreneur and wrote the autobiography Blood, Drugs, Rock & Roll an account of her own rise to fame and fall from drugs.  In recovery, Janique has been a tireless advocate of, and voice for, people needing help from substances and behavior disorders, by becoming a highly sought after recovery coach. Janique has spoken to hundreds of people at conferences and in workshops, and in 2006, seeing the incredible need and short supply of recovery coaches, she began providing training for recovery coaches and sober companions creating her own training company “Road To Recovery.” Her dream and ambition is to bring the knowledge she has learned to even more parts of Europe and to be part of the growth and changes to the field of addiction and mental health it so desperately needs.

Charles Rogers

Director of Marketing & Operations, Co-Founder

Charles has been involved in recovery for over 20 years.  His professional career began in 1998 when he started working for Black & Decker as a marketing coordinator eventually working his way up to the Director of Branding and Corporate Identity.  From there he started his own marketing agency that involved everything from small, start-up customers to Fortune 100s including Yamaha Motor Corporation, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. Helping companies grow their brands through marketing, printing and even product development and sourcing, Charles eventually sold his agency after moving to France.

IRSI is the first company Charles has worked in/with that he feels can make a real difference in the lives of so many in such a positive way. Serving others instead of just selling products.

Evyan Donch

Certified Recovery Coach, CAI, CRC, CRS

Originally from San Francisco, California(U.S.A.), Evyan Donch is a Certified ARISE Interventionist, (CAI), trained and certified recovery coach and international recovery specialist based in Rome, Italy. Utilizing intense training, plus knowledge and skills gained from over 22 years of recovery from alcohol, substances, behavioural health issues and trauma, Evyan conducts her work with compassion, empathy and skill.
Evyan has collaborated with iCAAD, the Italian Red Cross and Villa Mariani Foundation to organize conferences and unite international professionals and practitioners from around the world to share knowledge and exchange information to help individuals, families and communities find ways to address addictions and behavioural health problems around the world.
Evyan can always be counted on to go the extra mile for her  fellow colleagues and coaches, generously offering her time and advice, motivation and guidance so they can go out and do the same and help others. Besides supporting clients and families around the world,Evyan'smission is to educate practitners, communities and organisations of the valuable, cost effective, resource Recovery Coaches are in helping people with addictions and behavioral health disorders.

Andrew Tatarsky, PhD

Andrew developed Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP) for the spectrum of risky and addictive behavior. IHRP brings psychoanalysis, CBT and mindfulness together in a harm reduction frame. IHRP has been described in his book, Harm Reduction Psychotherapy: A New Treatment for Drug and Alcohol Problems, and a series of papers. He is Founder and Director of the Center for Optimal Living NYC, a treatment and training center based on IHRP. Founding board member, Division on Addiction of New York State Psychological Association, Advisor to the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS).  Andrew has trained in 18 countries.
